Conformance
Results are drawn from the release's conformance report, which is traceable to the exact SDK/simulator/spec versions used to produce it. The distinction between what SARB QR+ 1.2 requires and what pQRs/Karoo chose as implementation/product decisions is called out where relevant, not conflated into a single pass/fail claim.
Provisional report. Placeholder shape only. The final conformance-report schema is owned by PQRS-24 and has not landed yet; this fixture exists so the portal can render a conformance page and the release manifest can reference a real, hashable report object before the real schema exists.
